They assist the team to bring normalcy.

The leader keeps on defining and redefining their terms of service. Sometimes they do not know what to do. They must identify the best way to deal with such a problem. The concerned individuals should identify their additional needs. Documents matters because of the future. Leaders note the sources of internal and external help.

Exercise and training takes place on regular basis in Washington. These activities should be done at least annually. When exercises are done frequently, they have more impact.
