Make sure that the necessary credentials, the registration, your insurance, your license and such other pertinent documents are available as well. This way, you are sure that vehicle in good working order, license, insurance registration present

Heed the traffic rules they are put in place for a reason- to make sure that every vehicle owner gets to follow them and as a result, gets to travel around in the safest most efficient way possible. Plus, this helps you avoid the prying eyes of the traffic enforcers since they know that you are actually doing things the right way.

Find out if there are checkpoints that are happening in your area as well. It is always important that you find out if there are scheduled ones in your place. This allows you to find out where they are and when they are likely to take place s you can better prepare for them.
