But with all the complexities related to this thing, we cannot set aside the fact that there are factors that are completely beyond the control of the department heads even if they exercise close monitoring procedures. Assessment of employee performance. Not all workers deliver the same quality of work. And a lot of times, this can be affected by various factors such as the behavior of a person. By being more familiar with their behavioral patterns, one can easier sees why one performs this way and that way.

Mental health of a person. We have heard about how mental illness can seriously impair someone. After all, the brain controls all the functions that our body has. While not necessarily a disease that needs intrusive operation, some conditions, especially the psychological ones can be assessed by studying behavior. Of course, this is not the only intervention used in assessing mental health. But it is certainly a big help in getting to the root cause of the problem.

Common causes of anxiety and depression. This is somehow relevant to the previous one. One does not just get depressed and anxious for nothing. There has to be something that caused it. Psychologists and other therapists who seek to find answers, use this behavioral analysis to get a clearer few of the root cause.

Work conditioning. This has something to do with motivational things that the company can do to encourage their workers to do a better work. But before they can implement something, they first have to make sure that what they are doing are based on some findings that indeed, it can make their employees react the way they expect them to be.

Individual capacity. How capable is the person at doing his or her job. You cannot just hire anyone without making sure of his capacities to do the work. If you are intent on having the best performance, then employers better be spending some time in checking individual capacities of potential employees.

Studying the behavior of a person is something that cannot just be done by anyone. It has to be done by trained experts for the job. When you want to implement it for business, be sure to have the right persons conduct the process.
