It is therefore the role of the lawyer to ensure that conviction is not made based on inadequate testimony or corrupt evidence or irrelevant proof. For this reason it is necessary to hire a qualified paralegals equipped with appropriate skills and knowledge to handle effective representation.

In conclusion, it is also the duty of the lawyer to recommend how to pledge the case, whether guilty, innocent depending on the facts and charges.
