Excellent Equipment For Recovery From Herniated Disc

By Luke Carter

Between myself and family members, we have had weight ranging from 150 lbs - 270 lbs, ranging in height from 5'6" - 6'1". Sounded promising, so I got it as an early birthday present to myself.

Indeed, that is what happened.

Whenever his back starts bothering him from lifting and he is in pain, he gets on his Body Champ IT8070 Inversion Therapy Table for 15 to 20 minutes and gets relief. Just make sure you go back to step 2 and fine tune it if you are having problems. This inversion table came quickly - in fact it was shipped within 30 minutes of my order!

I weigh the max recommended weight so if you are lighter I'm sure he foot holders would be more comfortable. If you are looking for an inversion table I can't see spending more on another machine. Like my title says, it works but it is very cheaply made. I finally decided to take the plunge with the Gold Box offer and the convenient fact that my back hurt at the time.

Every time, I'm only on it for 2, maybe 3 minutes, and it's like a miracle! Those initial cracks and pops in my neck, upper, and lower back, were truly heaven to my ears. I got it in 3 business days only. I love it!

I still have to come back up slowly to avoid a head rush. It was at MC sports.

I do not work for the Body Champ company and am not being paid for this review. I had my wife on hand the first few times I use it. The table is well made for the price, but I would not suggest this for a heavy person.

After doing some research on the internet and reading reviews on Amazon about these different inversion tables, it seemed that most people felt that this therapy had helped.

My initial experience was very unexpected, my ankles hurt, I felt a the stretch in my groin and lower abdomen, and my back really hurt when I compressed to the upright position. For the cost of a visit or two at the doctor, I figured it couldn't hurt.

Also really good for situps. I've been very happy with this table and use it a few times a week. The bars that hold my ankles in place aren't uncomfortable to me, as they are for some reviewers.

Two people would be great for assembly of a couple of things for this. For many years I have dealt with back pain resulting from four vertebrae compression fractures.
