Drainage or sewage has been developed for hundreds of years now. Known drainage system was developed in ancient Greece. Sewage system is very common in urban areas, like in the cities. Urban moms are quite busy with their career and taking care of the family. Even drain cleaning Toronto, could be a very hassle and somewhat annoying job to do. In Toronto, a number of working class moms exist. Toronto is a developing city, and it is dubbed as the most populated city in Canada and Ontario.

Urban floods are common in this area. The government is doing its job to develop their sewage system. But it is advised that the community must also do its part by knowing how to clean their drains at home.

This article would help give an insight for working moms on how to clean their drains, sinks, and toilets. Also there are tips here that would be good in for saving. The methods are easy to do and less hassle.

Before cleaning the sink, it is a must to declutter your sink area. Make sure all the garbage and leftovers are thrown in the designated trash. This is to avoid any waste getting stuck in the pipes.

Removing smells and stains. There are two methods of removing stains and smells, one is chemical use and the other is doing the au natural. Using white vinegar and pour 1 cup to the sink and leave it for about 30 to 45 minutes could help remove the stain and of course the smell. Add a little drop of lemon juice is fine too. Also by boiling 3 cups of water plus baking soda, it can also remove stains as well as odor. Just leave the baking soda for one hour and then pour down hot water.

When you go to a sink or toilet and you notice a very foul smell. This could be easily done by putting scented detergent to get rid of the smell. If you do not have one, a cup of white vinegar could do the trick. Just pour some down on the sink and let it stay for like 30 minutes or so and then rinse it with hot water. Mixing lemon and vinegar could help removing stains and clogs. You could also use baking soda in getting rid of these nasty odors and stains. By using one cup of baking soda, put some on the drain and get 3 cups of boiling water. This would take some time and if it does just repeat the process.

Cleaning the clog. You can use a plunger in getting rid of the clog. This is very useful for removing difficult clogs that have clogged your toilets or sinks. By using the plunger, just plunge the nozzle to the drain and start pumping. Another tip would be using barbed plastic drain cleaning tool. This is an expensive long, stiff but flexible plastic strip with a series of plastic barbs swept back from the tip. Stick it in the drain and pull it out. The barbs are somewhat strong and sharp, so please do not draw the past your hand. This is very easy to use and it is also easy to clean, you can just wipe it with toilet paper.

Now if you have white sinks, you can fill a white porcelain sink with bleach directly from the bottle. You could also do this to your toilet bowl. Allow the bleach to sit in the sink for like 10 minutes before draining it to get your sink white again. Use a bleach pen for stubborn small stains. For stronger bleach, you could use muriatic acid but be very careful in using this chemical because this can burn or irritate your skin.
