Does the Rematee snore shirt help treat snoring and sleep apnea?

By Michael Larkin

I am sharing with you a review and features of the Rematee anti snore shirt. It has become an alternative to treating snoring and obstructive sleep apnea. This overview is to help teach anyone more about this anti snore shirt.

Rematee has gotten popular over the last couple years do to its safe and comfortable technology that helps treat sleep apnea and snoring. It has a air bumper belt technology that is known as positional therapy. Positional therapy has been shown to treat snoring and obstructive sleep apnea. A lot of Sleep Doctors are not recommending it because it can be a safe alternative to treating snoring and OSA.

So how does this thing work? if you do not know, sleep apnea and snoring are caused by the blockage of the airway. What blocks the airway passage is the tongue and tissues of the mouth. The Rematee helps keep the tongue and tissues from blocking the airway by keeping you on your side while you sleep. It helps you stay on your side comfortably the whole night.

If you have tried or heard of the tennis ball method for treating sleep apnea or snoring, the belt has a similar approach. This snore shirt is more comfortable that having to roll onto a tennis ball. This approach helps you avoid turning over onto your back.

It is hard for many people to make the shift of sleeping in a different position since they are use to the other for so long. Bumper belts help people adjust comfortably.

The Rematee has a few features that I listed below.

1.) It is made of neoprene, the same material that wet suits are made from. This material is very durable and comfortable.

2.) It can be adjusted with its Velcro straps that won't scratch skin or stick to bed sheets.

3.) There are three different adult sizes that are adjustable.

4.) It simply and comfortably fits around the chest.

5.) It has three different adult sizes that are adjustable to fit to any size.

6.) It comes with a one year warranty.

7.) It is reimbursable with certain insurance companies.

8.) The air bumpers can be adjusted to your comfort level.

So what are some of the downs falls of this anti-snoring device?

1.) May not help treat snoring and sleep apnea with everyone.

2.) Some users say it has a weird smell that makes it hard to get use to.

3.) May not keep you on your side all night.

4.) There have been complaints of the quality of the material.

There are many benefits to this product, but it is not perfect. It has some negatives as well. The Rematee anti snore belt may not be for everyone and are sure to come with some negatives. It is a unique alternative treatment for sleep apnea and snoring.
