However, this method has been perfected over the years and bring the most natural feel and more so, they are designed to not collapse even when they escape from their pockets.

Saline implants on the other hand are ones that are filled with sterile salt water and in case the implant shell leak, it is designed to collapse and there hence this saline is absorbed by the body and then naturally expelled.

Fat Transfer Augmentation is basically just taking fat from one part of the body and transferring it to another part which in this case is injecting your breasts. While looking for an increase in the breasts and would want to keep a natural outlook, this is the preferred method. This process comes with its own risks which may be; cysts, death of fat cells, infection, and the possibility that some of the transferred cells will leave the operated area.

Gummy bear implants normally form a stable implant because they maintain their shape even when the implant shell is broken. Consistence of the silicone gel placed inside is thicker than the traditional one. The traditional ones are also less firm and are thought to be less prone to breaking. They are shaped and not rounded and have more projection at the bottom tapered towards the top.

The round implants tend to fill the burst and make it seem fuller than form stable implants. They also are the same shape and there is concern about them rotating out of place. The smooth breasts are believed to have the softest feeling. They can move the rhythm of the pocket which may give more natural movement.

These implants come with its own risks. There is the risk of rapture and leaks. Damaged or broken implants cannot be repaired and deflated implants require removal or replacements. May also make Mammography more difficult and may obscure the detection of cancer. Skin wrinkling and ripping is also another risk and is more pronounced to patients who have saline failed implants. Though there is insufficient evidence, its also feared that children of women with BI are likely to have health problems.
