Why Customer Reviews and Testimonials Are Useful

By Clayton Smith

Most people tend to always read reviews alone when it comes to anything they'd like to do research on online. After all, almost everything online has been criticized and been written a review of by a respectable website or blogger of sorts. Most bloggers are even paid to do a review of something, and chances are, they do actually make good money out of it. Whether they are paid to make something look good and cover up its deficiencies is something that is up for debate, but, fact is, most reviews these days are made by bloggers whom are allowed to test products themselves.

When it comes to the medical field, reviews are mostly written by doctors and those who are knowledgeable in the field of science. They may not have gone through whatever it is being reviewed, such as a medical procedure, but, they base their reviews on facts, research surveys and results. True, true, the some debatable subject can be applied to reviews like these, but, fact is, it is highly unlikely.

Then again, the possibility still exists that these reviews may not be telling the truth, even though they claim they do, and in these cases, what should one do in order to know what really is the truth?

For starters, customer reviews and testimonials could be an answer to that very simple dilemma. Keep in mind that no surgeon or doctor, for that matter, has any control as to what their patients may say about their services and their experience regarding any medical procedure that they may have gone through. It may be plastic surgery, hair transplant surgery, or so on and so forth. But, fact is, a customer review or testimonial is based on one's opinion and is actually based on truth.

Yes, it may not have the statistic data, but, it does provide you the opinion of a customer or a client, someone whom used to be you.

That said, if and ever you are planning to go to Dr Tam Dieu to undergo any procedure you may be thinking of, it is important that you heavily consider to read testimonials Yes, I know, these testimonials may be hand chosen and that the good ones may be the only one shown, but, even the good testimonials provide you with useful insights about the surgeon himself and will likely give you an idea as to what sort of surgeon you are likely going under the scalpel to.
