Invisalign is a Top Option For Straight Teeth

By John Wright

Your Invisalign treatment is composed of a series of just about invisible, removable aligners that you change every fortnight for the following set of aligners. Each aligner is individually manufactured for your teeth, and your teeth alone.

As you replace each aligner, your teeth will move "bit by bit, week by week "till they have straightened to the final position prescribed by your dental practitioner.

What's more, a virtual 3D treatment plan (ClinCheck) shows the series of movements your teeth will go thru over the course of the treatment. This allows you to see upfront what your teeth are predicted to love at the end of the treatment. From the result of the ClinCheck, your customized, clear aligners are produced especially for you.

If you're prepared for a grin that transforms your appearance, Invisalign is your answer. Though there are lots of selections out there, no other treatment works as comfortably as Invisalign.

Invisalign is the right way to change your grin without interfering with your daily life.

How Invisalign works

Individually designed for your requirements

So you have decided Invisalign is for you, but what happens next? Simply go to your selected Dental Surgery for a consultation to chat about your grin.

Once your dental expert defines that Invisalign is correct for your wishes, a detailed treatment plan will be developed from which your bespoke, almost invisible aligners will be made to order.

Have a look at the simple steps you and your invisalign Dentist will take together on the journey towards your mint smile.

Invisalign Step One - Primary Consultation

In the first consultation, your dental consultant will discuss the issues you have with your teeth and explore what sort of results you are hoping to attain. If Invisalign is suitable for you, a treatment plan will be mapped out with your targets under consideration. Your dental expert will take impressions of your teeth and will send these to the Invisalign labs for processing.

Step 2 - Clinical Assessment

The impressions of your teeth will be digitised for your doctor to work with a computerized 3D picture of your teeth. Then, your doctor will plan your tooth movements throughout your entire treatment timeline. You'll be able to see a virtual illustration of your teeth before, during, and after completion of the Invisalign process so that you can see what your smile should look like when you are done with treatment.

Step 3 - Treatment Plan

When you and your dental expert have agreed to the treatment plan, bespoke aligners are then custom-made for you and have to be worn for approximately two weeks before you switch to the subsequent aligner in the series. While the quantity of aligners varies for every individual, a full treatment typically includes 18-36 aligners for the lower and upper teeth which may take approximately 9-18 months dependent on your individual case.

Step 4 - Treatment

Aligners should be worn day and night, except when eating, brushing or flossing teeth to complete your treatment in the timeline decided by you and your CBD dental expert. You will go in for checkups each 4-6 weeks to observe your progress and to receive your next series of aligners. In the entire treatment process, you can notice gentle movement and your teeth will steadily move into an even and healthy smile.
